Dr. Mustafa Saif is working as a Specialist in Internal Medicine at Aster Hospital, Mankhool and also the HOD of Emergency Department. Having spent his early years in the UAE, he traveled back to India to pursue his medical education. Upon completion of his MBBS in the year 2001 from the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India he went on to join H.N. Hospital and Research Center, Mumbai India where he practiced as Resident Pathologist and Hematologist
From 2004 to 2010, his assignment at Jaslok Hospital and Research Center in Mumbai saw him practice as a resident physician and eventually an internist in various departments including Cardiology, Neurology, and critical care. He also achieved his DNB Medicine during his tenure there.
He then moved on to serve at the Hinduja Hospital and Research Center in the year 2010 where he practiced as a Clinical Assistant in Critical Care.
His assignment at Rashid Hospital in Dubai saw him practice emergency medicine. He is also skilled at administering BLS, PALS, as well as ACLS.
Among his various achievements is participation in the 3rd Global Network Conference on Emergency Medicine, Dubai, U.A.E. where he spoke on the topic – Apparent Life Threatening Events. His thesis was on Extrapyramidal Disorder in Chronic Liver Disease Patients and its Correlation with MRI and MR Spectroscopy.
He is also a member of the Royal College of Physicians in the UK.
He is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic.
